Post Play Intensive Camp

This camp is designed specifically for goalies who want to take control of one of the most important areas in today’s game: post play.

We will focus heavily on:

• Learning the basics of getting to the post, post to post, and coming off the post
• Introduce Post integrations (Butterfly on post, RVH, VH, overlap, hinge)
• Clean, efficient entries and exits
• Proper save selection on the post
• Tracking the puck behind the net (on feet and on knees)
• Blind connections, head checks, and spatial awareness

Goalies will develop the ability to move with confidence and precision around the net, without hesitation.

• Learn to drive into your posts without looking
• Build consistency and efficiency in post-to-post movement
• Develop automatic habits through repetition
• Eliminate hesitation in high-pressure situations

This is about owning your crease and trusting your movement in game situations.

Once fundamentals are dialed in, we’ll apply everything through:

• Game-like scenarios
• Situational reads and decision-making
• Real-time reps under pressure

• A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot (applied toward total cost)

• Remaining balance of $240 due before the first day of camp
