Program Overview
The TMG Goalie Mentorship Intensive is not a traditional camp.
This is a three-day immersive mentorship experience designed for goalies who want to understand what it truly takes to reach the next level, not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and professionally.
Athletes will spend the entire day alongside Coach Austin and The Mental Goalie staff, training, learning, reviewing film, and being mentored by coaches and current athletes who have competed at high levels of the game.
This intensive is intentionally smaller, more individualized, and more relationship-driven than our week-long camps. The goal is not volume: the goal is growth, accountability, and clarity.

Camp Structure (Daily)
Each day runs 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM and includes:

- Situational play, reads, and decision-making
- Game-transferable movement and execution
- Emphasis on habits that hold up under pressure
🧠 Off-Ice Training (2 Sessions Daily)
- Mental performance training
- Confidence, focus, and emotional control
- Preparation routines and consistency
- Learning how elite athletes manage highs, lows, and adversity
🎥 Video & Mentorship Sessions
- Individual and group video review
- Game and training breakdowns
- Learning how to watch film the right way
- Open mentorship discussions with coaches and athletes
- Honest conversations about development paths, expectations, and reality at higher levels
